For a shared entrance, rental or business, identify who can approve the work and any building-access instructions.
For vehicle keys or entry
Give the vehicle year, make and model, the start type and whether any working key remains. Explain whether you need entry, a spare or a replacement for all missing keys.
Provide the exact parking location and access instructions. Compatibility, available work and timing need to be confirmed before a visit is assumed.
